I truly believe that facing scary hard things with friends makes the load a bit less on my heart.
I’m a health care worker, and work with the aging population. Since March it’s been difficult to keep up with the daily crisis, sadness, and fears. I’m tired and feel spent.
As for most of us 2020 has been challenging at best. For me, other then the death of my daughter this has been the most difficult time of my life. Even our doggy suddenly passed away 3 days ago ☹️
I love my work and will always serve the vulnerable, I am an empath and so these times are particularly emotionally exhausting. I just want to take the hurt away from everyone.
I believe I’m recharged and inspired when I feel like I’m not alone. Would you consider sending me cards, letters, pictures, that lift me up ? I’m weary and need my fellow friends to remind me we are in this together. ❤️
My email is mhorvat6@emich.edu and I can give you my mailing address.

    Michelle,

Thank you very much for your essential service during this incredibly challenging time. I can only imagine how challenging it’s been for you, especially as an empath. I understand because I am, as well. I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter l, as well. I know this must have been excruciating for you. And now the loss of a pet is all too much. Please know you’re very much appreciated and the work you do reaches others far and wide on many levels. Keep your chin up and know the end is near. Your patients are so blessed to have you. Remember to take good care of you and find ways to keep yourself grounded and protected as an empath. This will help you maintain a healthy boundary and avoid emotional fatigue at the end of the day.

Peace and many blessings to you!!
