Holiday Hands

I had started my own company making artistic t-shirts prior to COVID, but I had to put those dreams on hold to be able to homeschool my three children, ages 9, 6, and 2. My husband lost his job as a waiter in New York City in late March because of the pandemic. We have used our savings now to ensure we have a safe place to live. But we can’t justify any gifts this Christmas. We want to ensure we have enough money for groceries and heat as the weather gets colder. My girls would be so excited to have a dollhouse and a new Barbie from Santa Claus. I would also like to make our apartment festive for the holidays. It would be so nice to be able to buy stockings and fill them up for Christmas morning.
