Holiday Hands

This Lakota elder is living with extended family and makes quilts for sale to help support herself. This year has been a hard one because there are no tourists, and they are currently on lockdown. She also makes quilts for the people who have passed to honor them in the traditional Lakota way. She needs a new winter coat and boats. Hers are very old and do not keep her warm or dry. She is hoping that this Christmas will bring her some new ones.
