Holiday Hands

Tracey is a lovely young woman who is currently transitioning out of foster care. She will be moving into a new apartment with her two year old son as soon as she is discharged. This process has presented some challenges, but Tracy continues to remain positive throughout it all. She has been wanting to take her son shopping for winter clothes, so this money would be very helpful for purchasing them both some new clothes.
