#Justice For Separated Families

At Together Rising, we have always believed that families belong together. 

In 2018, when children as young as 8 months were being ripped from their asylum-seeking parents at the southern border of the U.S. and placed into detention centers, YOU SHOWED UP. Within 9 hours, you raised over $1 million.

The story didn’t end in 2018. Because of a recent court order, there is a new opportunity for these formerly separated families to seek safety and stability together.

We promised that we would not rest until all these families were reunited and were able to stay together. This is the next step as we focus on fulfilling that promise. 

And we need you. It only takes $6,000 per family to keep them together. Every penny we receive will go toward providing free attorneys for over 500 new cases for separated families.

This is our last chance to support these families in staying together. We are working with our trusted partners: Al Otro Lado, Justice in Motion, Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), the National Immigration Project, and Together and Free.
