Update from The Young Center

To date, Together Rising has raised over 4 Million Dollars to assist in reuniting families separated during the recent immigrant crisis at the border.  This money has funded critical needs including the costs of a lawyer and social worker, for the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, who will be operating around the country and on the border to provide advocacy and healing to unaccompanied, detained children.  This week, we received an update from the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights.

Thanks to the generous support of the Together Rising Community, our new Child and Family Rights attorney has been appointed as Child Advocate to dozens of children separated from their parents—a need that would have gone unmet without your support.
